So, I did swim Wednesday (and Friday), but was busy and didn’t log it. At some point in my sprint sets, I injured my left knee (one I tweaked skiing a few years back). I’ve been on Naproxen and watching it since then. Today did a short set, oddly winded during my swim. After warmup and drills did 50s and then 5×100 kicking.
Total yardage: 2000 yards.
