Swim Log: 3-28-17

“Standard warmup” (600 yards) then 4×50 breath control drill. After another easy 100 did a pair of 200s. Then some moderately fast 50s and kicking (8×100 all around 1:50 +/- 2 seconds … except the last one which was 1:46).

Total Yardage: 2300 yards.
