A few days off backpacking (more in the next post on that regard). Although walking is difficult with stiff muscles from unaccustomed use, all swimming muscles were just fine as expected. Emily’s cold may have had some effect. Anyhow, pretty standard (weekday type) workout. Warmup + 400 yards drills (mostly breath control). 500 yards tempo work finishing off with 3×100 kicking descending sets (rate @ or just under 1:55, 1:50, 1:45 with varying rest (less than a minute)) done 3 times. Then an easy kick 100 and warm down.
