  5. “Two tiered” class pricing.
  6. The diversity mania and higher ed.
  7. Gay in the business world.
  8. The don’t make the connections because you don’t have to make good arguments in the echo chamber.
  9. Well, for those who think “nonlegal arguments” suffice against the Mandate Constitutional challenge, a slam dunk rebuttal of those notions.
  10. Capital shifts.

    Sounds like a debate between 2nd degree murder versus manslaughter. Just the sort of thing that a jury should decide.

    Except searching either piece, this debate doesn’t mention manslaughter at all. Sounds like to me the argument is between 2nd degree and nothing.

    Vol. man from “findlaw.com” “The circumstances leading to the killing must be the kind that would cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed; ” … how do you demonstrate that? That isn’t “I’m armed and some guy is sitting on my chest and beating the crap out of me … so I shot him because I was ‘disturbed’.”

    Or are you suggesting there should be a court case every time anyone dies?
