The title of the page you link to is “Most Economists Agree – The Stimulus is a Bad Idea” but the body is just a list of economists that (right-libertarian) Cato put together. Even Cato doesn’t pretend that this list represents “most” economists. It is a sizeable number, but there’s no attempt whatsoever to compare it to the number on the other side.
