Indeed, not noticed by Mr. Carter but interestingly was that this homemade ‘sting’ failed when it was attempted at 4 other locations, so we have proven that there will be people inclined to criminality in any large organization. At the moment, though, ACORN seems to have fewer proven criminals than the Republican Congressional Delegation. I suggest a swap.
